I was disappointed in the packaging of my order. I order two items that could have easily fit into the larger box that was sent. Instead the items were shipped individually - a waste of cardboard and resources. They both arrived the same day.
The products was not in stock...but I was charged w/o any email or other notice that it would be back-ordered w/ no ETA...so I called myself and then was told...it was outofstock...but my card was still charged! I got a refund after my phone call.
One item was no longer available - but I am very happy with the one that was available. It arrived faster than I expected. I have ordered from this company before and was happy with both orders.
I did not receive a invoice or copy of the bill. I also have no way to contact them. I had to order another cartridge from another vendor because I did not know if I was going to get the one I ordered from thenerds.com.
