I love this web site. I have sent the link to this site to al my "buyer" type friends especially those who have been to an outlet mall in the USA. Have never had a need to send things back as yet, the sizing has been great. Next purchases will be bedding linen etc.

I was grateful to have the chance to talk with a real person to discuss my concerns and the availability of an alternate jacket. Paul also helped me with another issue, and was knowledgeable about my options. I haven't tried the email, but found the live chat lesds effective than the phone.
