ONE OF THE SISTER ORNAMENTS, THE HEART IN THE MIDDLE HAD COME OFF IN SHIPPING. BUT LUCKLY I COULD PRESS IT OBACK ON. THE GLUE HAD NOT STUCK LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE. I ONLY HOPE IT DOES NOT COME OFF AGAIN DURING SHIPPING TO MY SISTER.
I think that each item should be checked for defects. The musicglobe that i ordered was corrided and would not play at all. the problem was resolved quickly and the person that took my complaint was very good.
I believe that the engraved initials should have displayed a larger middle initial and smaller last and first letter initials. The design I received had them all the same size.
