I recieved the product ontime however it was damaged. The outside packaging was in good shape, but the styrafoam inside was loose and the product was chipped. I spoke to Customer Service and another one is on the way. I woulls suggest a better packaging even on the little things like a salt a pepper shaker.

it would be nice if shipping charges were not as high, this is a factor in deciding to order from Lenox again

I placed my order on 11/03/2008. I wanted the item for Thanksgiving. When I returned from an appointment this morning it was sitting outside my front door. This is 11/28/2008. Where in the world had it been? Lenox surly doesn`t know. Nor do they care. I have ordered from Lenox over the years and had excellent service. Customer service at Lenox sucks...More
