The shipping box was heavily damaged (ripped around three sides of one corner) but the contents were packaged in one heavy plastic cover and therefore were spared any damage.
The product is beautiful, but my installer said it is not great quality. Also, I heard nothing from Bellacor, called and was told it was being shipped that day (11-11-08) & still did not receive shipping notification. You could do better.
I expected good quality, but this lamp did not meet my expectations. Black paint chipping off, I had to touch up. Glue from tape on lamp, need to try and get off. Have always been pleased with Bellacor but his time rather disappointed.
I like this pendant light. I can't wait to install it. Just hope the rest of the family likes the color because it is the final item in the remodel of my kitchen.
One globe in the lateral light fixture that I ordered was broken. I e-mailed your cust serv dept twice and never rec'e a response. When I contacted cust serv by phone the rep was very helpful. I have not yet received a new globe nor any communication.
The packages were delivered to the wrong address. I had to pick them up from another department. The building was not even close to my building. They were delivered to the Police Department. I'm in the Provost Office.
On the small cabinet, the door does not shut all of the was. No matter what I do-it opens up. There is also a piece of the inside cabinet that is chipped.
