What I purchased was not sent, sent another product. Returned that item and the next item was shipped broken. I had ordered 3 of the same items and all three were wrong. I was HIGHLY disappointed with this purchase. First I received a wrong product, abnd secondly, I received a Micket Mouse tree, which was to have 10 ornaments to hang on the tree. It had ONLY 2 ornaments, and they were BOTH broken

There should be 24 hour support - I placed an order on 8/28 and as of 9/3 the items have not shipped and customer service is closed. It would also be helpful to know what purchase this pertains to as I have ordered quite a few products recently and have not received all of my merchandise

I really love the product. I really disliked the shipping information. Although my item arrived on time, it was kept showing not shipped on the order tracking and that had me convinced that the item was going to be late. The tabs on the back of the picture frame are broken. I don't have the packaging for the picture frame so I don't have any way to contact Lenex. What do I do?
