This is the third time we have ordered something, and our experience has been excellent in the ordering process, the delivery, and our satisfaction with the products.
Overstock consistently meets and often exceeds my expectations. I buy all of my bedding through Overstock and recommend it often to friends and family. I finally smartened up and became a Club O member, and love that discount as well.
I would have liked to know why the item I returned had no tag informing me of the thread count, manufacturer, etc, and why it appeared "used", but I could not get the information.
