The only problem I had was an inability to use my GNC member card and thus take advantage of the related discount. Try as I may, the system would not accept the card. I finally gave up trying.
The shipment was sent on time however when the carrier (UPS) made the delivery, the box had been completely destroyed. We will need to ensure that the box contains all the items because anything could have easily fell out of the box.
