I didnt contact speedo regarding the late delivery b/c it seemed to me that it was the deliverer's fault, as my package sat in atlanta for two days.

One item sent was the wrong size and, curiously, it was on a hanger and wrapped in plastic. I have never received an item from Speedo packed like that/and the wrong size to boot!

I had ordered 2 products of a certain size. Both were in stock according to what I saw when ordering. Only one came to my home. I received no word from Speedo. I should have been notified about my other order and the status of it. I was not.

When 1st called to ask about the return process she was wonderful. She explained well and asked me to call CS back so they could contect the return with the new purchase. When I called the 2nd time the guy had no idea what to do.
