As mentioned before, the website offered a code coupon, which it would not accept. I love the shoes I got, but will try to order from somewhere that has coupons and honors them.
i cancelled the order 5 min after i placed it and as of today i have not received a credit. i have called and emailed and i have not received any response as of yet....
i wear 11.the shoes i received were longer than any 11's i own.i feel if a customer takes a chance and buys shoes without being able to try them on,they shouldnt have to pay shipping to exchange.please send the info i need to exchange for a 10.5
I placed an order on 09/25/2008, I had not heard anything on 10/03/08. Order status showed processing and it had been 8 days. I got an email back the next day stating my order had been cancelled due to out of stock. I waited for nothing.
I am happy with the experience but the shoe does not fit. It is too small. I have a different pair of skeechers that is size 11 and it fits well. I am sad that it does not fit but I understand.
