I loved the quality of the products I received from Smart Bargains. The only problem was the size - I'm petite, and I ordered regular sizes without realizing it. But the products themselves are quite beautiful.
It would be nice if a person receives damaged items or item, that you automatically send a replacement instead of having the customer go through the hassle of reordering it!! Plus, you could be out of them by the time the customer tries to reorder.
Excellent service. Paperwork said I had only 30 days to return. It is a Christmas gift, and if significant other does not like my choice in jewelry I would want to return. The girl I spoke with about it was most helpful.
I chose "basic" delivery which meant (I later found out) was that Smart Bargains would use UPS to deliver it to a USPS location. These two services don't work together so I had a hard time trying to find out where my order was delivered.
