THe website was extremely slow to load. My computer did not seem to be the problem as nothing else took that long to load. it was very aggrevating and I almost did not buy because of it.
My friend and I are thoroughly disgusted with the fact that she lost out on the Today's Special price because ShopNBC first confirmed the order, then I didn't find out until two days later that they had cancelled it. We both shop regularly with Home Shopping Network and QVC, and have not had any problems with them.
No problems ever any time I had to contact customer service. I always order on line and only contact customer service by phone when there is a problem. I have always had a satisfactory resolution from the customer service reps the few times I call.
