A follow-up phone call was necessary but only because of an error I made on the flex pay plan. I used a "virtual" credit card number that could only be used one time, and therefore, the additional payments would have become a problem. My phone call was handled wonderfully and my problem was solved quickly.

The quality products that SHOPNBC have are superb and the prices are unbeatable. I wished that SHOPNBC would carry the Jessica Holbrook Fashion Line as well as Comfort Chic Fashion Line. Both of these are of superb quality and style.

the order tracking needs a little work. when i inquired about my order, the system would only show that my order was "in process" even though the items had been delivered. I work out of town and have the items delivered to my home, so I rely heavily on the order tracking screen to be accurate, so that I can make sure that someone secures my... More

Order was several days late and was unable to track the delivery. Went from DHL to the postal service so I couldn't track after it hit my state. Also the quality of the watch was absolutely terrible. Also the box was left right outside my door for anybody to steal. This was a 500 dollar item. I have already had one watch that I did not receive
