Order was several days late and was unable to track the delivery. Went from DHL to the postal service so I couldn't track after it hit my state. Also the quality of the watch was absolutely terrible. Also the box was left right outside my door for anybody to steal. This was a 500 dollar item. I have already had one watch that I did not receive

There were two items purchased at the same time on the samre order. Both items were processed at the same time yet shipped separately, and arrive one on Saturday the other the following Monday. I don't understand the separate shipping and the delay in product arrival, would you p;ease explain?

You take way too long in todays day and age to ship a product, then you ship the wrong product. The hassle of returning it is too much.

I like shopping at ShopNBC. Their values are usually good and very competitive, and delivery has always been prompt. I have had good, fast response and no difficulty with the returns I have made.

I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING WITH SHOPNBC SINCE IT BEGAN. I GUESS IN THE 80'S IN ALL THOSE YRS PROBABLY X2 WAS DISSAPOINTED. A RING I BOUGHT ONE OF THE STONES FELL OUT AND NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT. I think a prepaid shipping label from ShopNBC should be included if the item is damaged.
