This product looks even better than in the picture, although diamond accents are almost invisible.

I was unable to get info, online, about tracking. Under tracking, it said N/A. When the package was shipped, the est date of delivery was 6 days after my husband's b'day. When i was not able to easily track, I started thinking of alternatives to that gift. It did show up in time.

Customer service closed too early. glexable easy pays not listed on order status information. Can't tell if it's on the easy pay plan or not, or how many. couldn't call to verify because cust. service closed, so I canceled the order.

The only aspect that I was not happy with was that there is a big banner over clearance items that says free shipping on clearance items. the item that I purchased and others I was looking at had shipping charges. It was deceiving and disappointing.

Very pleased with the ease of ordering via the web, shipping confirmation and on time receipt of item ordered. Have referred ShopNBC to several coworkers

Isomers products are usually always excellent,with a few exceptions and always arrive as promptly as promised. I wish I had a more favorable comment to make regarding many other purchases which have been extremely disappointing on far too many occasions.
