They have a good website and excellent customer service. I was unhappy that the items did not match the product description. They did give me a partial credit for the return of the merchandise and I was refunded fully for the purchase price.
Being posted overseas its very hard to find the right frame for a photo collage my husband and I give to friends and co-workers, as they leave post, that is until I found your website. Thank you for the perfect frame.
Comment: I purchased a custom frame which was $160. The frame was great as was delivery but the hardware was not up to what I would have expected (for hanging the frame) for such an item.
One price was listed in the online catalog and when I checked out the price was higher. Online support was no help and wouldn't even acknowledge the price discrepancy, I was told it would be corrected when I checked out. It was not.
