When I bought my item online it said it was in stock. Two days later, I received an email stating it was backordered and would be sent when available. I wouldn't have bought from Ritz if I knew this.
I hae placed two orders now and not been able to get the tracking info on either from your website. i also received an email that showed the wrong amount that was being billed.
Received automated email re: issue with payment method. Called customer service, they had no idea why I received the email. Forwarded email to Ritz.com, response received really didn't answer my question. I found the situation very frustrating.
It was one of my first purchases on-line. I am , venture. I was not only able to get the camera my husband wanted but the extra offer of the printer and the lens was a great bonus.
We have two Fuji Digital cameras. I want to down load the pictures on them. I ordered two different cables that were recommended on the search . Neither cable would fit either camera. Shipping cost precluded me returning either cable.
