The shipping problem was not RadioShack's. The FedEx driver never stopped on the day delivery was expected, entered "Customer Unavailable" in system, but I was sitting at my desk next to the front door during the time listed on the tracking report.
Ordered 10/11/08 and Credit Card charged.Still have not received the item.Contacted Radio Shack & Fed Ex 4 times. Neither seems to care about not receiving my order.Neither one has responded as to where my product is and if they will issue me credit.
I bought a GPS with a mail in rebate of $20.I expected the paperwork to be in the box and it was't.I learned that I needed to print forms at the time of purchase long after purchase through an email with RadiodShack. They couldn't help me.I am not happy.
