would be nice to have more info about product on the web page i.e. click here for product information, ex how long can you record on a 2 GB video card for the video camera.

I oreded the Wrong Size, that was why I made the return. It was a gift and when I got it home and looked at it, I realized it would be to small for the person.

I don't understand the problem of split shipping an order, there was only one item that would not go to my PO Box so the entire order had to go to my home and I don't like things sent to my home via USPS that's why I have a PO Box. Live in a rural area and there have been instances of mail being stolen from our boxes.

During purchase, was told item would be received on 8/29 (purchased on 8/27, but around 8pm EDT). Paid for next day shipping. On 8/28, contacted Customer Service via online chat, was told there was a potential 3 to 5 day processing time.
