The unit was backordered when placing the order but was shipped and received timely. The top pipe port was bent but was easy to straighten. The box was not damaged which means the unit was packed by the Mfg. damaged. UPS or Northern not responible.
Northern Tool is fine it is the Aloha Heater thats cheap and does not work correctly...does not ocsilate, and makes noise. I got rid of the box, and don't have the patience to try and exchange it without a box.
The first issue I had was with my "order being lost because of a computer problem at Northern Tool". Nice heater, just as advertised. But has a tendency to get quite noisy, though not all the time, just occasionally kinda rattles/vibrates quite loudly.
