I specifically called and chatted with agents for this company to confirm that a product was actually IN STOCK before I purchased it. Both agents informed me that the item was indeed in stock and that if I ordered now I should get it. Well, I ordered immediately and still did not get the item. It was back ordered for weeks. They never responded to a promised 24-hour turn around ticket investigating the status of my order. Then I had to enter into a on-line chat, they said my item would ship that day - it didn't. Next day I did an on-line chat again, and said the item "might" ship tomorrow. Refused to pay any expedited shipping, even though the order was placed nearly... More
