everything was in the boxes except a bracket to hold the large chandelier up, we bought one somewhere.

Overall, very pleased with this purchase. Box was torn. There were a few little dings on the bench, but we didn't consider returning it.

Product was returned to Bellacor by FedEx because it WAS SHIPPED WITHOUT MY STREET ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE! Bellacor then shipped it a second time, AGAIN without my street address!
