I am very happy with my purchase. I have seen their items in the store so I knew they made bedding. I found the perfect pattern for my daughters room and I was able to get the sheets and window valances also.
The produce did not fit the bed. I will need a King instead of a Queen size and this size was not available in the product I was going to re-order. I like your site.
I was very disappointed with the quality of the product. The stitching was very poor quality and didn't resemble the quality in the photos on their web site.
I did not receive my order at all. I Called about 20 different places trying to find the correct number. Finally UPS found your number. This has been a very stressful situation and I expect some type of compesation for everything I am going through.
I purchased a comforter and quilt about four years ago and recently purchased another quilt from Pem America. I am extremely happy with my purchases and they’ve held up well. I really like this new quilt.
