Initially my login credentials was not registered and I could not access my delivery status. Then I had a very tough time getting an agent on the 1.800 no. This sort of put me in a panic. However after a full day, it seemed resolved and I could also talk to an agent who acknowledged my order and also my login credentials were established.

My grievance is that I was waiting to get the tracking no in my order, and that never happened, so I had to call to get the Fedx tracking no. Once I went to FedX, I learned that shipment had been delivered to my front office 2 days prior to my enquiry.
