friendly guy i spoke 2 when i changed my order i think he forgot to mail the day he was supposed 2, a couple days latr when i called to check on the order they said it had not been shipped it all worked out cuz i received it the day b 4 my concert! Thanks
I ordered a camcorder for my vacation. 1st, onecall called me that they can't ship it to my work add because its unverified, so I ask for ovrngt to my home instead. But they ship it to my work later with the original shipping method, so i miss the item.
I was worried about the shipping, but it was easy to track and coordinate. I made 2 phone calls and the driver called me once. He also went over the recieving instructions - they were on the product itself and explained the shock watch.
