I was told that they would sent the missing piece. But it will take 1 to 3 weeks for a spoon. That seems kind of long

I returned the pots I bought. I do not know if the one pot was defective or the one product line is bad. Consumer Service answered by email rapidly, was very courteous, and said that I should return the product, which I did. I think that their Consumer Service is way above average and I will certainly buy from them again.

I LOVE your products. The products are always shipped quickly and accurately. The pictures online are exactly the same as the products shipped (often the colors are different).

I have been a "Brylane Home" support for almost ten years I have never had a problem with the quality of the merchandise that I have purchase and never any returns because of size, color or fitting. I have purchase from "Brylane Home" over 20 comforter sets and etc's over the past ten years and have always been please with each order...More

White is hot right now, I think it would be great if you carried more white curtains. Seems obvious to me.
