Lamp is acceptable, but color was described as "distressed black" and it was simply black. Looks ok, but the distressing would have made it nicer

Overall, I was very happy with my shopping experience. The one area that could use improvement is a glitch in the website. My order was about a week later than i expected. I said ship in 2 days but it took 2 weeks to get here.. Also the shipping tracking has to be done by called Bellacor and other sites I can track my own package. I ordered a pair of sconces and one glass votive was broken. Overall the experience was good. It would have been nice to receive a "shipped" status with tracking number. Our main complaint is that the picture of the bath bars did not accurately show the glass shades. From the picture you can NOT tell that the shades have a marbled pattern.

The light I ordered was beautiful. In fact I already ordered another product from your website that was lower in price than I had seen it in a store. So I am returning that item to the store and saving $65.00!

I had received two e-mails from Bellacor regarding the delivery of my chandelier, I checked the tracking which stated it had been delivered on 7/29, I called on Sunday 8/3, I was told that another chandelier would be shipped. On 8/4 the original chandelier arrived, with 3 broken globes. I am awaiting replacement globs at this time.

The product was very, very poor in quality. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of craftsmanship. However, the customer service was excellent around crediting my account and handling the return, at no cost to me. Their guarantee of no hassle return was outstanding.
