Bellacor's Customer Service was excellant in working towards a resolve on my recent order. I will order from them again because of their professional assistance and courtesy extended to me.
i was extremely happy with the web site, the shipping time and the free shipping. I found the item I wanted on the first trip to the web site. I had visited two or three others before I found Bellacor.
The shipping box was heavily damaged (ripped around three sides of one corner) but the contents were packaged in one heavy plastic cover and therefore were spared any damage.
The product is beautiful, but my installer said it is not great quality. Also, I heard nothing from Bellacor, called and was told it was being shipped that day (11-11-08) & still did not receive shipping notification. You could do better.
I expected good quality, but this lamp did not meet my expectations. Black paint chipping off, I had to touch up. Glue from tape on lamp, need to try and get off. Have always been pleased with Bellacor but his time rather disappointed.
