I am a little disappointed in the necklace I ordered and received. It was not quite what I expected it to be. I was large, some what heavy, and more toylike than I had expected,,,,,and not as much like the real one portrayed in the movie. But, what did I expect from a under $20 replica....?

You all do a really amazing job. I've made several purchases and have always had great results. Your emails are great too. This last purchase is the only one I would not describe as mint, the box is pretty bent. I do plan to open it so it's not that big of a deal.
It would be nice to see the prices listed on Entertainment Earth meet or beat those of the local stores and the prices listed on other sites like Hasbro.com or StarWars.com. I would be compelled to make more purchases if the prices were more competitive, especially when the same product is being advertised.
