The quality of paper was not as high as I was expecting when compared to other 24 lb paper. Disatisfied with that.

Here's my one disappointment. I ordered the item on-line and said I would pay for it when I picked it up. I was given an order total of $72 but when I got to the store, they told me I owed $85 because I picked it up after the sale had ended. I was not aware that I had to pick it up before the sale ended. I just feel that this information should be printed...More

My only complaint is that a survey came up at the end of my original order and I did not get my account set up. This was supposed to happen automatically at the end of the order and it did not. Maybe the survey interfered with it. I was not able to track my order because it didn't set up the account. I am glad I got emails to keep me informed.

There was an error made with a duplicate deduction of my purchase which caused me to be delinquent on another payment obligation. However, I want to thank Mary Lopez, your customer service agent, for assisting me with the speedy recovery of the monies owed to me. This has one my further patronage to office depot. Thanks!!

inthe long run it was more expensive to purchase on line and i will only do it in an emergency

The black plastic cover that came with the external floppy disk drive was cracked. Is there a chance that you could send a replacement cover? I prefer the black one because it matches my unit.
