I was pleased with my order and the timely manner in which it was delivered. I would have been happier if the delivery person had brought the package to my front door rather than leaving it at my basement door.

My order actually arrived earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. The only issues that I had with the purchase was that my account wasn't debited until the expected delivery date and I was not notified of this prior to the transaction. On your website the diskGO memory stick I ordered was listed as 16GB. But upon actually using it, it turned out to only be about 14.5 I was disappointed that the memory rating was inflated on the website. But the stick still works, so I am using it. Thank you.

The envelopes were great. The paper pads have staples and are not allowed. The order was sent to my nephew in prison and have to be returned. The mailroom there said it would cost $8.42 to return them. He has no money so we are questioning how to return them or exchange them. I actually don't expect a response. I have faxed your company before and called numerous times but without ever getting any resolution to the problem. Hideous customer service. Very, very, poor quality customer relations. Extremely dissappointing.

It would have been helpful if OD had used the correct customer name on the package that we received. As they did not, we had to call an individual in another office to make sure it was our item.
