I logged into check if my printer was shipped and did not see a delivery date. OM left a message and I printed the delivery form and posted it on my door. Gave the office a call and the the printer was delivered as requested. Thank you.
When I went to the store in my town, I was compleatly surprised by the promt, curtious service and the help I received. All three of the gentlemen, that helped me that night were wonderful. Ordered bulk toilet tissue online at price that THEY posted. If it was an incorrect price on their website they should honor it. So, instead, cancelled my order....not good business.
I was disappointed that the OfficeMax store did not have the product I wanted, therefore I had to pay shipping. When I lived in NV the OfficeMax store there carried the product.
We received the wrong color on 2 items and we ended up getting the wrong part for one item. After putting together the hutch we released it was the smaller size and we paid for the larger one. The other 2 will be sent back for the right color.
