I recieved one of my my lights with a cracked diffuser, and while I e-mailed twice and called the 800 # once and was assured that a replacement diffuser would be sent out, I never recieved my replacement.
I am not happy with the glass, I believe it to be flawed, very patchy and does not come close to my existing Tuscan Villa 3 light chandelier. I was told replacement needed to go thru Murray Feiss directly, they told me it had to go thru Nova.
I never received confirmation of the actual shipment nor the date that I would receive my products. The only way I found out was when I called Nova Lighting and the lady I spoke to contacted me later via email of the product shipment.
I was not able to use the 25w cfl bulb that was in use in the table lamps that were being replaced. The harp of the lamps was just less than one inch not high enough. The 100w equivalent CFL is needed for reading. I have tried a few different brands of cfl bulbs but all 25w cfl bulbs appear to be the same hight. I have talked with Tony in your customer...More
We never received an e-mail confirming the shipment so it could be tracked. The very helpful customer service person said "we had somehow slipped through the cracks".
