When the box arrived the bottom of the box was falling out, was grateful package showed up while I was home as it would have dethawed all the meat.

I am the cook for an Army General and I used Ground Bison from NORTHSTAR BISON for a big event that he had at his home. Everyone LOVED it!!!! The General was VERY pleased...it was his first time eating Bison meat and liked the fact that it was so much healthier than Beef.

I wanted to change the delivery date of a previous order. The change only took a few minutes. The order arrived a couple days earlier than requested / which was NOT a problem.
