Satisfied overall with Northline. Had one item that did not perform as stated in the ad, but was able to resolve the situation. I would and have recommended Northline to friends.
I think the return policy is what will keep me from ordering again. I could understand having to pay return shipment (although many companies allow for free return shipment) but do not understand a 15% restock fee
ordered unit was the 3rd unit in a little over 3 yrs. two units malfunctioned. the 1st was under warranty, the 2nd lasted less than 10 months of use, over 2 yrs.
Wasn't notified when item was shipped. Web tracking wouldn't work. No way to find out delivery schedule until it arrived. No shipping estimate was given.
