My order was backordered and I called and talked to the customer service department to see if there was any alternates to my order. The representative went totally out of her way and on her contact with me alone, I would return to this store.
I found Northline Express great. I initially spoke with Marvin in Customer Service, who as far as I am concerned is one of the most helpful and pleasant agents I have ever spoken to. He gave me all the information I needed and took my order.
20lb Fatwood package was poor & 1 box lost by carrier. Reported to NLX & replacement sent immediately. Said they would talk to source & have them beef up package. Dealt with NLX before and they have always given great service, products, & prices.
I was very pleased with the quick delivery. However, one item I ordered, an ash pail, was bent on two sides. I didn't want to go through the trouble of returning it, so I tried to get rid of the bend as best I could.
I still haven't received my entire order. Everything was either in stock or shipping direct from the manufacturer within 1-2 days. This was 2 weeks ago. You had no problem charging my credit card for the entire amount before anything shipped.
