I recieved the product ontime however it was damaged. The outside packaging was in good shape, but the styrafoam inside was loose and the product was chipped. I spoke to Customer Service and another one is on the way. I woulls suggest a better packaging even on the little things like a salt a pepper shaker.
Just one item arrived broken; I contacted Lenox by "live chat", explained the problem and was advised that a replacement would be ordered. I am waiting for the replacment to arrive but as it was a personalized item (set of glasses)there will be a slight delay. I just hope it arrives by Christmas as it is a gift.
Your shipping message came Nov. 10. Part of the order came about Nov. 17. Only one ornament of 3 arrived, and about a week later (Nov. 24) the other two were delivered. In the mean time, I wondered if part the order had been lost. Your shipping message should have indicated that it would arrive in two lots, so that I would not have to worry.
This item is a Christmas gift. I am happy with the item and I believe the family receiving the gift will also be happy. They are difficult to shop for a gift. IW
