Navguys were responsive and the prices were right! However, the first shipment failed to contain all the items ordered and paid for. The second shipment took a very long time to arrive 23 July to 6 August and included items on the invoice from the first shipment. I will return the excess items.
Short and simple: Products ordered where: 1. A week late after paying for 2 day air. 2. One came then the other, a week late. 3. Tracking number given did not work. 4. I had a myriad of problems mostly having to do with the length of time it took to ship and the fact that no one called me back or answered email as I specifically requested.
Delivery was exceptionally fast, product was exactly what we ordered, I commend this company for their fast service, their easily maneuverable website, and I will highly recommend Navguys to others.
One item was not what I had ordered. Somebody substituted a generic item and I was not satisfied with the product. Tomorrow I will be returning the substituted item for the one I ordered. I can only hope I get the correct one the next time.
I returned a item that was incorrect expecting the item to be replaced and sent back to me with the correct item but never received the item. I did notice that my credit card has be credited for the amout of that item so I assume the company ran out of stock on that item but a email saying so would have been appreciated.
