It took almost a month to receive my products. I contacted the online chat and was promised that the product was going to be delivered but was not. I contacted the online chat a week later and he could not tell me why my order was not shipped. I loved the online chat because I was connected to a person right away both times.

I feel that you have to go through too much to order online. I would like to see you just start ordering and put in your items, but having to get a password and user id was a big waste of time and have stopped me from placing a much needed second order that I choose to go with another company.

Discount School Supply has the most promtp delivery of any company that we order from. We usually have our order the day after I place any order. The prices and variety of products match any other vendors. They make it easy to order online.

The kids loved the items I bought. I was not happy I had to wait another few days for the magnifiers but I understand things go out of stock and I knew I would have to wait

Shipping is a little high but the cost to ship anything is expensive right now. I loved the product and the easy access to ordering things.

I recieved my order before I expected it. I will have plenty of time to put it away before my students come in. I got exactly what I orderd and nother was on back order. Every picture of this item showed 2 chairs with the sand & water table - but the chairs are not actually part of the item. I read closely and figured out that the chairs probably were not included but the pictures were misleading.

One kitchen was missing a piece, which I called to have replaced. The customer service person was nice. She handled it and the missing piece is being shipped, but I don't know when it will arrive.
