Put in a tool one can use to arrive at exactly the item or part wanted? Especially where parts are specific ie with Nos,sizes etc Saves a lot of inconvenience,time or money and even the risk of damage.Technical Support should be more accessible.
I returned my part they sent wrong one. my order was very clear. they returned another wrong part of cheaper value. they did credit me the difference.I still don't have the credit for the return shipping.Iam very unhappy with my experience..
