It took over a week to let me know that the product was out of stock, not leaving enough time to have it for the party this weekend. Plus, they should never have charged my credit card if the item as not available.

YOU FIRST SEND ME AN E-MAIL SAYING WHEN IT WOULD BE SHIPPED AND I INFORMED CUSTOMER OF THAT DATE. THEN A FEW DAYS LATER YOU SEND AN E-MAIL THAT SAYS IT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

One of the 2 items shipped was wrong. I have to return it and I have now received the correct item. Was difficult to contact Customer service on one of the days. Mailbox was full too.

The low flat rate for shipping is attractive and well advertised on the site, but there is a handling and insurance fee that is not stated until a screen or two before submitting an order. The order did arrive relatively quickly.

I could not get my order through without having to reset the total quanitity many times. I used a different computer and it did the same thing.

Penents were not completly as shown on web site. When I questioned them on this I was told that's the way it is and if I returned them there was a 35% restocking fee. I am not at all happy with their customer survice nor the way they handled my concerns.

Product, etc. is fine. But what I DIDN'T like was the way I was directed to this site when the e-mail said to "click here to confirm you received your order." I also didn't like the way I supposedly "qualified for a prize" of three free magazines immediately after I placed my order, and then, when I selected the magazines AND gave... More
