Lamp’s great. Delivery to my office scheduled on 11/4. 11/5 it had not arrived. Fed Ex Tracking reported it had been delivered. It arrived on 11/7. Order and address label indicated correct address. Fed Ex left it at my organization’s mail service

Beautiful lamp. Parts of the chandelier are missing (i.e. crystals/there are supposed to be 19 and there are 16)

Everything went fine until I plugged the Lava lamp in. I thought the problem might have occurred in shipping..but it didn't clear up. I called and spoke to Nina on 11/05..she said she would ship a replacement.. not rec'd yet. She was polite and helpful.

This works as a great night light in the bedroom and gives a little decoration at the same time.

I had product shipped to my work address. LP uses FedEx which happens to be terrible in our area of Vermont. I believe they use independant contractors. Anyway the shipment was delivered on the 23rd (originally scheduled for the 18th).
