I had to take a day off of work so that the generator could be delivered to my house because the delivery driver needed help in unloading the generator from his truck. Just being home was not enough; help was needed. This was not convenient.

Great heater but the installation instructions were unclear especially with the electrical.

I ordered a battery powered sprayer and despite the fact I emailed customer support many times about shipping status, I didn't even receive a reply. After 1 week, no shipping or back order confirmation received so I didn't have other choice than cancel the item... and then I received a cancellation confirmation!
