Customer service told us different answers for the same problem, item was ordered one month prior to getting it because there was only one item in stock and three people ordered it. Total pain in the butt!!!
Did not like the yellow roadway delivery. We had to go to the shipping dock to pick it up after they told us in the morning that the sink was on the truck. I called the delivery and they told us it was still in their warehouse.
This is a beautiful sink sold at a very good price, delivered expeditiously. I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this seller.
I'm disappointed that my sink order was delayed due to an email that got caught in my spam filter - rest of my order came through nicely. Very frustrating...
The shipment arrived dented and with missing parts. We did not get return shipping instructions untill we call the 800 number back. And now we are waiting for the replacement to arrive. We have not recd confrimation of shipment for the replacement.

I ordered three items two of which are now on back order. I planned with my contractors to begin construction and now that the items are on back order, I will be veri inconvenieved.
