box and merchandise were smashed. Because the merchandise was not fragile it was okay. But, in the future what's inside the box could be damaged if it was handled as roughly as this one was.
the web site was slow but that could mean that business is good - delivery was after almost two weeks which I thought was longer than I expected - fortunately there was no pressing need
I am not returning the defective product because today when I reached a representative of your company by telephone, I was told not to return it. I was told that a new item (hopefully, without defect) would be sent to me immediately. My opinion of the resolution of this matter will improve if I receive the product as promised.
