I have purchased a similar item from medshops express. orderd at 6.28 at 6.27 it was shipped at 6.29 recieved and at 7.2 credited. At AmericaRx I have orderd at 6.28 credit at 7.1 the the shipment was at 7.3 and recived at 7.16 also I payed for Express mail international. I think that explains all the difference. My only complaint about AmericaRx.com is the delivery. Product was ordered on June 29th and was finally delivered on July 14th. I order many things online and usualy get them within a week.

After confirming that the product was in stock at the time of order, I received an email stating that the product was backordered.
