I am very pleased with the order process, it was fast and easy and delivered on time. I would recommend the products to others. I am not thrilled at all with the fact that i was asked to fill out a survey when i orderd, and another when i received the product. I do NOT want to be asked to fill one out every time i order .
I placed my first order with Green Mountain and had joined Cafe Express. My "free gift" was charged to me and this appeared on the packing slip. I called Customer Service and they were able to reverse the charge on the free gift that day. I appreciate how quickly the issue was resolved.
I had trouble following to Cafe Express ordering website, that is, going back & forth between my order form and the products. Other than that, I'm highly satisfied with your products & have reccommended them to everyone I know.
