The crystals looked extremely cheap and not as I expected they would look based on the picture. The engraving was very shallow and looked light.

I live in NJ and the closest store that actually had the item in stock was in Georgia. I would have saved about 30 dollars if it was in stock closer to me

I am so pleased with my purchases. I did have issues with part of the purchase but Customer Service ( especially Kim ) were wonderful in their response to the issues and willingness to correct the problem.
