Some years ago I traveled throughout the Orient and the Jasmine Tea was a favorite memory for me. I like to relive my travels with memory foods or drinks. That is what this did for me.

I've ordered blooming flower tea set (supposed to be a collection of several different flowers) and they sent me bachelor's button blooming flower instead.

I could not understand DHL's delivery. Why they did not deliver my tea package to my post office box but the next door of "grocery store"? For this unconvicing and irresponsible delivery of DHL, I found and took my tea today. DHL just drop it off last friday to the grocery store! As you know TeaCuppa, my shiping address is P.O. I was very surprised to see that the package came from Hong Kong and my friends now what to order as well. I am moving and will be hosting a small tea party with my "Smiling in the spring time breeze carnation, green tea" Thank you! Satified customer

The order came registered mail this time (never happened), which meant that I had to take time off work to go retrieve it from the post office. Because it was shipped from Germany (why?), I had to verify my address and show ID! Not sure that I want to go through this for tea bags (even though it is good tea).

i don't understand why i had to go to the post office to sign for tea. very inconvient.

This is my 4th time buying from them. Just bought some tea for the new Spring green tea harvest. Best tea so far Zhu Ye Qing green tea and anji bai cha green tea. Pricey but worth it!

Items were packaged in a box taken from another product- it was a reused box from an electronic purchase. Very unprofessional.
