My order was shipped out on 11/18/08 and I didnt receive it until 11/28/08. That's alot different than what the ad said. They said 4-6 days, which I thought was great. Unfortunately that was not the case. I love what I ordered but bad shipping.
This was my second order fom Fresh Pair. Their products are excellent, ordering was very efficient,and shipping was way faster than I expected. Fresh Pair is an excellent example of customer satisfaction on all fronts.
The red tank I ordered was not at all what I expected. It's not worth sending back. I expected better quality mechandise from you. It was on sale so I know now why it was so inexpensive. I don't think I'll order anything like that again. Spanx are OK.
Everytime i order there is a problem with billing or shipping. my opinion is that a human should check the orders if a computer cancels an order. stupid computer.
Confusing checkout/payment page design: Looked like I had to use either PayPal or Google at bottom of page; tried but failed to use Google, then realized I could click Checkout at the top of the page to simply checkout with a credit card. Thanks.
